Currently there are at least 10 different Samsung tablet on the market. But the real turning point, which would allow overtaking on the archenemies of Apple, might have arrived just now. To be clear: the Galaxy Tab products to date are the objects well made, functional and able to harness the power of Android to the end. When it came time to offer users something more like the S Pen, Samsung has been able to create products worthy of note, rather than the "Notes" (a reference to the Galaxy Note 8 is definitely intended).
The South Korean company is betting everything on its latest addition to the Galaxy Tab S which has the aim of continuing the successful range of smartphones, its distinct with the letter "S" before the number (SII, S3, etc.).. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S unveiled yesterday has a Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2560X1600 pixels WQXGA, currently the best screen on a tablet capable, according to the company, to ensure that 90% of the Adobe RGB color scale.
The technical specifications
The processor board is a Octa-Core Exynos 5 (5420) with big-LITTLE ARM technology and clocked at 1.9 GHz for the first four-core (A15) and 1.3 GHz for the remaining four (A7). The graphics card is an ARM Mali-T628 GPU to 533MHz Core 6. The RAM is 3GB and 16GB of internal memory expandable with microSD up to 128GB. There are four models: S Galaxy Tab 10.5 "Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + LTE and Galaxy Tab S 8.4" Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + LTE.
